1st snow trip...

Jerin got her first taste of back country snowboarding this weekend. We drove down around Happy Camp, Ca right on the OR/CA border up in the mountains. We hiked back into the mountains and forest into a little clearing. The snow was a foot and a half deep easy and it was fluffy. Hiking was tough, especially for Jerin, but she had a great time and was quite the trooper. So, she would take like 30-40 ft rides and then hike back up the clearing. I shot video. She was awesome for her first time out this year. She's going to be a snowboarding stud! We are planning to go again soon, but we need some more gear to make getting back there easier, starting with a 4x4 monster truck! lol....
