It was a Party!

Our church threw us a surprise adoption shower today following service. We had lots of food and Eyerus got some clothes and a few toys and dolls. Jerin even got some Dutch Bros. cash, and we think we cooped enough to buy Eyerus a clothes drawer. We were surprised and overwhelmed by the generosity of our church family. We really can't wait until Eyerus is here and we can share this awesome experience with everyone.

For those keeping track of the hockey season, I pulled the goalie with a minute left in the game while we were down 4-3. I was hoping to pull back even, but they scored again. So we lost 5-3. My decision wasn't too popular with some of the players, including Jerin. But what does she know... She had about 5 shots and scored 1. The goalie for the other team said that she hurt him with one of her shots. She's going big this year! We'll tape some and send it to you all.
